چکیده
Purpose – determine the characteristics of changes procoagulant, anticoagulant and fibrinolytic links hemostatic system in patients with hypertension combination coronary heart disease.
Materials methods. 127 people were examined - 14 healthy (control), 61 stage II concomitant disease (group 2), 52 hypertensive III 3). There evaluated indicators hemostasis system: thrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin prothrombin index, soluble fibrin monomer complex, fibrinogen, protein C, antithrombin of, time XII-dependent fibrinolysis.
Results. Patients on both study groups SFMC content significantly higher than control group. exceed normative value 3 times, group 3.65 times. The fibrinogen third exceeded by 27.6%, difference was significant (p<0,001). Also valid between two comparable C lower values at 28,7% also At same fibrinolysis 3.54 times longer standard (p<0,001), CAD 4.7 norm (p< 0.001).
Conclusions. characterized increased blood clotting activity background suppression components hemostasis. largest contribution to formation thrombophilic treatment belongs inhibition fibrinolysis, which is more pronounced when combined disease.

متن کاملEvaluation of QRS, QTc, and JTc intervals in Congenital Heart Disease with Pulmonary Hypertension
Background Pulmonary hypertension (PH) in congenital heart disease affects the patient’s prognosis. Prolonged QRS and QTc intervals in ECG may intensify life-threatening dysrhythmia in patients. We aimed to investigate the correlation between QRS, QTc, and JTc intervals prolongation in ECG with PH in Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) patients. Mate...
متن کاملInsulin resistance, hypertension, and coronary heart disease.
The goals of this review are two-fold: to examine the evidence in support of a role for insulin resistance and compensatory hyperinsulinemia in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension, and to evaluate the hypothesis that insulin resistance and its manifestations play major roles in the development of coronary heart disease in patients with essential hypertension. In both instances, only expe...
